Frequently Asked Questions
How will I participate in the Live classes once I register:
After you purchase the bundle you will receive an email with a zoom link and other detailed instructions regarding the class.

How does the Payment Plan work?
The price of the class will be broken up into three monthly payments. The payments will be deducted automatically each month on the card you provide. If you have a discount code the discount will be applied to the first payment. If you do not have funds available at the time of the automatic deduction a $25 late fee will be applied to your account. After two late payments, you will no longer have access to any learning materials until your balance is paid in full.
What if I have to miss a day of class?
That is totally fine. All class will be recorded and you will be able to watch the replay.
What if I need to cancel?
Since digital downloads and pre-recorded classes are included in this bundle all sales are final. If you are only paying for a live class, refunds are available up until the first day of class. Once class starts no refunds are available.
How many students per class?
Since the classes are virtual we are not limiting students.

When will I have access to the recorded classes?
All recorded classes are available shortly after registering. You will have access to the recording for 60 days.
When will I receive my Ultimate Feature Film Production Planner?
If you request a digital copy it will be made available after you register. If you request a paperback copy allow 10 days for shipping.
